It's OK, that isn't a rude question to ask. Unfortunately, XOXO Droplets won't be made available for Android. We do appreciate your interest in the game, though!
Good news for you, G r 821, you can play on Android by downloading the PC version of the game and running it on Joiplay. Works with most VN type games, but it might crash if the files are too big ig. I think you can download it from the Patreon page.
