It's hard to say since I haven't tested on many different machines. I guess the most important thing is to have a dedicated graphics card. Maybe something like the GeForce GTX 960 or better. Integrated graphics won't work unfortunately. There are many settings that can be adjusted similar to other Unreal Engine games, but a decent GPU will still be required just due to the nature of the engine.
