Thanks a lot for answering! Well, I downloaded release XX when it was released but as I tried to update to number XXI it didn't work properly at the time (it gave error when I tried to advance the chapter and couldn't solve it and I didn't want to bother you) so in any case I decided to wait until the game was fully finished to keep playing  :) Buuut time has passed and given the current situation I wanted to keep going... Right now it only stops working when I click on the gallery (with or without actual saves on the Renpy folder). It doesn't happen anywhere else I think? But I'm a bit afraid it will end up freezing if I keep playing the game or on the next release so I don't know if I should try or keep waiting(?).  This is the Traceback:

I'm sorry, but an uncaught exception occurred.

While running game code:
File "renpy/common/00start.rpy", line 212, in script call
    call _load_reload_game from _call__load_reload_game_1
File "renpy/common/00keymap.rpy", line 456, in script
    python hide:

    python hide:
  File "renpy/common/00keymap.rpy", line 466, in _execute_python_hide
    renpy.load("_reload-2")
Exception: Couldn't find a place to stop rolling back. Perhaps the script changed in an incompatible way?

I have deleted and reinstalled the game a couple times in different folders and I have started anew and apparently only the gallery is not working. Given it seems I can keep advancing the chapter I guess I'll try to play to see if it fails (?). Thanks anyway for your answer and your fantastic work! I don't know how the story is going nowadays, but it was amazing to the point I reached and I have been looking forward to continue :)

Thanks! :) I see... let me know if it crashes when you continue playing. If it does, and the game is completely unplayable, there's the "nuclear" option — not only deleting the saves in the game's folder, but the persistent data as well. You can find it here:

Windows

%APPDATA%/RenPy/Methods

Mac OS X

~/Library/RenPy/Methods

Linux/Other

~/.renpy/Methods

Though that will wipe out all progress in terms of bios, interviews, & gallery images, with the "unlock chapters" feature in the Options menu you can gain access to every chapter, and proceed from where you left off without having to replay fifty chapters. It seems like it may be caused by incompatible autosaves — but I'm not sure, so even doing this might not solve the issue... :(

Thanks for letting me know — it's no trouble at all. I hope the rest of your experience goes smoothly. :)
