You should probably stop worrying about the frequency or type of updates and focus on promoting your game page so it gets some traffic and activity. That's one way itch.io staff can tell it's legit.
okey, we are tried to make some logic construct for promoting. But if u say dont need to be worry about index and update frequence, just go go for promote, okey. soo mysteries and mysteries but if u say so, we trust as always to itch.io magicians :p thanks for your time :)
