I don't think our rules are that precise, but how you use gen-AI sounds like any grammar checker. The advice is even correct in this case, amazingly enough, just pedantic.
Personally, I recommend human proofreaders, because they can catch errors no software will, and usually won't overcorrect. Real people can also discuss corrections intelligently.
Okay, I don't think I comprehended the meaning of generative AI well enough. Anyway it was a stupid idea to use a generative AI app for non-generative use. I downloaded Grammerly and toggled generative AI option off. Thanks for your suggestion, I'll use this app without generative AI option as I go and at the end I might ask for a human proofreader help for an overall check.
