Oh. There are no MIDI files on the Android port. They are all .ogg files ^^'
If you are looking for .mid files, you have to look out for the J2ME port of Space Harrier.
Anyways, try to extract the game content and search in the "res/raw" folder to find the music tracks and sound effects.
