Hi.

Tried out the current version at the time of this post, 0101. It's a promising early start.

The NPC's, although cute or obnoxious depending on the player's preferences, seem, at this time, just the typical tropes, which is to say very 2D or bland, I suppose. But this is just the start, whether or not you'll develop them to be more complex, time will tell.

Like CryoPhoenix92 reported, there are several areas where the text is in french (text messages with Kendra, and the narration and some dialogues at the park, and on the map the Beach isn't translated ("Plage") these are what I remember right now), which can be a bit jarring for players, so I recommend some priority in patching that.

I will also suggest a button on the UI to pass time, maybe a jump in 30 minutes; I just kept jumping between the park and the beach to pass time, until the MC could go to sleep.

I suggest thinking on some manner of the game telling the player whether or not the choice in the dialogue/action was right with more consistency; often, how the NPC replies tells enough, but sometimes they give ambiguous answers and the player doesn't get the +1 relationship, and I personally went back and tried out all the answers but none gave a clear indication of being a positive or not, which left me worried I might not be taking the best path.

The dialogue with Naya was confusing, when I first talked with her, she kept asking me what were her own preferences, like the player had previously been told that. A loss in translation, perhaps?

As for Celine, I don't recall how but, when talking with her the first time, the line in dialogue for the MC had him treating her by her name as if she'd already introduced herself, which she hadn't.

Regarding Amada, I really kept noticing how the graphics for her eyes seemed so out of place on her model, I think it may be the way her iris are drawn stand badly out with her face. Like, a 3D face with 2D eyes, not sure if I'm describing correctly.

On the beach bar with Amanda, if the player takes the "staring at the  breasts" of the serveuse (another to-be-translated), we get the +1 point in Voyeur and Perversion (both in french, IIRC) but the NPC clearly gives a negative reaction. So, the player is being rewarded positively for a negative action? If you are planning for more events like these, I recommend caution, as this sort of gameplay might be reported as being against the rules of wherever the game is posted at. Then again, I didn't check that path to the end, I was expecting a teasing smirk from the waitress and either a frown or a knowing smirk from Amanda, so I immediately rolled back.

I enjoyed this very short and limited introduction, I'll be following alert for any updates. I hope you continue to enjoy making this game.

Thank you so much for your feedback and for all your very constructive remarks — I really appreciate it, and it’s incredibly helpful.
I’m currently working very actively on a major new version of the game, taking into account all the feedback I’ve received so far.
Here’s a quick overview of what’s already been improved in version 0.2.0:

  • Graphics have been redone in 1080p, with improved resolution and reworked lighting for more realism.

  • The game will now be fully in English by default, with French available as an optional language.

  • I’ve added time-skip options at key locations (apartment, beach, park...) with short scenes to go with them 🙂

  • The SeductDex has been improved for better character and progression tracking.

  • Naya and Celine's scenes have been completely overhauled for better flow and realism.

  • Other characters have also received scene improvements.

  • The point distribution system has been revised for clarity.

  • And of course, there are a few surprises coming in this next version...

This big update should be released by the end of the month. I’ll make sure to keep everyone informed as soon as it’s available.
