Yes, to a point. I answered your question above, but, in short: find strange pills, test them, and eventually you'll unlock the ability to not only manufacture them, but to customize them. For example, a BoneRoll by default gives a random dick, but you can customize it to give a specific dick and dick length, when manufactured. c:
