Unknowable. The dev maintains a progress bar on his Subscribestar page and Discord server. He updates the bar every two weeks or so, right now it's at 38%.
Not everyone likes their inbox getting spammed when they follow multiple devs. If you have more than a passing interest in the development, you can join the Discord server or look at one of the crowdfunding pages every once in a while.
Of course, but the updates are very polished and I'd rather have less frequent updates than a burnt out dev who abandons the project at some point. I already witnessed the discontinuation of 3 amazing AVNs...
