Hey, after Sarah gives you the quest, you need to head northwest of Jiming — you'll find a place there... (head north+west of jiming, its outside)
I found it but “this basement door is locked” that’s the only thing I’ve found in that area…
It should be unlocked when you took the quest from Sarah !
I made a new save and tried to open it after receiving the quest again, still says it’s closed and I need an item to open it
