There is no indication to when you are able to throw your knife at a zombie. Sometimes the zombies would be so close together that you don't have enough time to shoot out another knife and you die. There's also no music or sound effects in the game.
Thanks for the input! I will fix the knife throwing and indicator problem and also add audio in the next update. It's really nice to have someone play and give feedback <3
