Might I make a small reccomendation; Have Pill combo's thrown into the mix cause different effect's As the rounds climb, I've noticed more and more pills are added to the mix to pick between.

Why not have the medicine act differently depending on the pill? Such as one Red + One Blue come supresses 1 death or causes the Green Pill to cause death after taking it; basically having medicine have a good reaction or bad reaction with each other.
