Maybe I didn't explain it very well. I didn't chose to tell Zhara she wasn't right for the house. The game just moved like that after Zhara said "we could go to Igor's place..." after Kateryna came over and cooked. I didn't romance her. I think it would be better to have the option to go or not at that point, but it's not a huge deal. Anyway, I started a new game and already have her. I'm not sure what exactly I did different though. I don't really retain such details.
