Hi, I'm aware that this is not the best place to post this but I couldn't think of any other way to solve my payout problem, so sorry about that.

My payout ID is 178566, and It's been over 28 days since I requested a payout but haven't received anything yet.  My tax information says it's pending validation,  I've sent a few emails to the support already but got no response.

Should I just wait in this case?  Is there another way I can contact the support regarding this?
