I'm not sure if it's intended or not but hitting sprint and a direction input at the same time after a wild encounter has made me instantly get into another wild encounter 8x in a row now
I assume you're using a gamepad? This is a known glitch. Easiest workaround is to use the keyboard to move a few squares, that usually does it.
