I'm trying to remember the lowest number I cleared it with, but it's been a bit too long. I think Maisy and the courier we're usually the most valuable units.

Wait,that implies you can actually make it to the top without any Social Links. You can actually do that?

It's possible. You can have a powerful enough set of ghosts to get through the levels (from partially completing multiple social links) but they only show up as allies at the end if they're fully maxed out.
