Please ask any questions about Rule 6: Free

6.The Jam Submission must be made free to download.

Is playable in the browser ok? Though I saw some people somehow manage to download it anyway.

Hi! What engine are you using for your entry exactly?

Hi! I was thinking of Godot engine first to manage more easily some gameplay moment, but maybe Ren'Py instead if I find how to do the same with it

For those engines, you’ll still need to make a Windows Version to comply with Rule 8.

You can have a WEB Version playable in Browser alongside the downloadable Windows Version.

When uploading a new project and cheking "This file will be played in the browser", the option for download is hidden. Is it really possible to have both?

Or should I publish it as two projects: one to play in browser and one for download?

Sorry for forgetting to get back to you. Currently at a Furry Convention.

It does have both. You can have something playable in the browser and something downloadable at the same time. But it would have to be separate files which can be easily done in Godot or Ren’Py.

Please do not have it as two separate projects.

Two separate files... I see. I hope it will work. Thank you for your answer!
