I love AGON a lot.
I originally got it in a bundle and although I wasn't too interested at first it's become one of my absolute favourite RPGs to run and I now own the book as well! I think it's responsible for a huge chunk of the most memorable RPG moments I've had.

I do have a question. How would you handle multiple heroes wanting to spend a bond to make the leader "follow my lead"?

In every group I've played I've had an instance where the leader says an approach, then the first player spends a bond to change it, the second player spends a bond to change it again, then the third player spends a bond to change it back to the first approach. Then all the players get annoyed and don't want to spend their bonds any more and we're back to square one.

I'm normally up front that I don't have a good way to deal with that kind of conflict and players usually go with the leaders plan after all.

Thanks for the kind words. Glad you're enjoying the game!

You can limit it to one change of approach per situation. If multiple players want to spend Bonds to change it, they can bid multiple Bonds for the right. If there's a tie or no one wants to bid, the leader remains.
