Those pesky orc brigands managed to run from you into the old caverns - follow them inside and see if you can find your way through to the other side of the hill!
NOTE: this quest is meant to be a part of a longer narrative, so the plot related reasoning might not be clear in the quest text alone. The idea is that the pursued orcs are running ahead of the heroes and, knowing the caverns, have already made it to the other side. The orcs that the heroes meet in the caverns are not the brigands they are chasing, but merely a small garrison posted there. As such it's vital to find the way through and continue the chase, instead of the heroes just killing the orcs in the caverns and leaving the same way they came. Instead of combat this quest is more about exploration and trying to find the shortest route to the other side. The hidden cursed center room is basically a trap meant to lure the heroes into searching for something interesting where there is none, making them waste valuable time while they should be chasing the orcs and risking their health.
