Getting caught by the pirates should start a conversation which calls an after-mission conversation where she reveals her plan.
After this you will need about 60$ on the salvor in order to continue.
If you haven't seen any of these conversations, could you send me your save file in: C:\Users\USERNAME\AppData\LocalLow\Delusria\Salvor DEEP\PlayerData.json ?
