I suggest joining game jams here on itch. They tend to help with productivity and motivation which I know a lot of us struggle with. 

Also if you join a rated jam then you get to vote on other participant's game and they can give you a rating and feedback on your own. 

What I have learned and I don't mean to sound condescending in any way when I say this; we are small fish in a HUGE pond and a lot of us want to think our games are special (which they are, they are something to be proud of and treasure forever) but we must have a bit of give and take. Try reaching out, giving someone else's indie game a whirl and giving some constructive feedback on their game page. Hopefully, they will appreciate that and try yours out too, but there's no guarantee of course.
