My virtually non-existent progress this year + my sluggish response are thanks to a series of things just going increasingly badly in my personal life, haha. I'm starting to feel like I've been hexed at this point my luck has been so bad lately xD
I'm hoping that I have used up all my bad luck for the year already and that I will have a better time trying to do dev stuff in the second half of 2025 *fingers crossed*

Lazy Polar Bear has made more progress than me so far this year! She's done sooo much work on art stuff like drawing up new CGs, new sprites, and even new + more UI stuff :3 I wish I could have managed to get an equal amount done! But as soon as I'm well enough to get working on it all again, I shall absolutely be doing so cos I've been itching to get back to it lately x3
I fear you've been struck down by the Ao3/wattpad writer curse..but that can only mean that your games are just that good so its a win >_<!!! I am BEYOND happy to know that this game is still being worked on, it is so so so dear to my heart!!
