Hello, before starting the game, I'm exploring the site a little bit and reading the comments and have some questions and clarifications.

As far as I understand, the version on itch io is a demo version of the game, right? If so, how much less content does it have in terms of percentage and do I have to wait for its full release on steam and is it possible to complete the game (it would be convenient as a Ukrainian, by the way, thanks for the Ukrainian localization, of course, not perfect, but still respect). And one more thing, in Price for Freedom: Gold and Sand, it is written that the events of the game take place 2 years before this game, does it make sense to wait, complete it, and then Avarice?  Thank you for the answer!

The web version on itch is just a demo, but the version you download is the full current version of the game (you need patreon to unlock everything). Once the game is finished there wont be any distinction between the itch, steam and patreon versions. Check the walkthrough to see which quests are public and which are patreon only.

You will be able to play Avarice and Gold & Sand in any order. Personally I would probably play Avarice first, but they don't spoil each-other.
