I'm a bit confused on what you mean? The problem is when I finish the first chapter ( getting to the laptop section ) it doesn't progress to the next chapter.

...? When a chapter end you have to reopen the emulator and select the chapter you wanna play. I don't see the problem. You can't reopen the emulator? You can't select chapter 2 specificly?

I'm assuming that what I'm opening is the emulator? Sorry if I sound stupid. I'm opening the Exe file, it brights me straight into Fursona Maker 3. When I reopen it after getting an ending, I don't have any way to access chapter 2 or manually any of the chapters unless if I'm being dumb

Nah don't worry. But having in consideration I can't help you cause I don't really understand: Check this gameplay and how he access to the Chapter 2

Minute 22:02 (When he's on the Fake Computer, just reopen the emulator "isaac_beta02.exe" and select the chapter he wanna play. Its the same with every chapter.

So I think I understand the problem now, after I make people their Fursona and make one 'human', once the game closes and I reopen it, I don't get taken to the Emulator. Just Fursona Maker 3 allover again as if it was my first time opening the game
