How strange with the broken Windows version! It’s hard to say exactly why it didn’t work. I have mostly the same specs on my computer, and also Win10. Do you perhaps have any unusual multi-monitor set up? Or did you perhaps put the game in some folder with an unusual name? Or do you have the %appdata% folder (where your settings are saved) in an unusual place?

I have 38" 21/9 WQHD+ (3840 x 1600) and placed the EXE on the Desktop. No other fancy configs though. Weirdly enough, the executable did not have an icon, perhaps, that's related?

The lack of icon is just an oversight on my end.

It does work for me on the desktop. So it’s likely some hardware or driver issue. Is there anything interesting in %appdata%\CAT & ONION\log.txt ? If it even exists, not sure if had enough time to write out the log if the program crashed.
