I've been trying to dowload the android version, is it not downloadable anymore? Everytime I try to do it it downloads about 70% and it stops saying the file is being prevented from being downloaded.

Hm, first you could check whether there's enough storage left on your phone. Keep in mind that you may not be able to utilize 100% of it since your system might need some free storage on standby. Then maybe try to use a different webbrowser to download, then restart your phone, then just wait 24 hours.
The file is hosted on Itch directly, so if you can download any other large games hosted directly on this website, this mod should work as well.
I tried downloading the android file on 2 different browsers on mobile, then tried downloading it on PC to transfer it to my phone by google drive and it still didn't work (and it's not an storage issue). When I try downloading it on Opera GX the error message that appears on the download tab is:
"Download interrupted: prohibited"
It can be a region thing but idk
Ayo ty for answering but I was actually able to accidentaly solve the problem a couple hours after sending that last comment. I had bought a new wifi modem and after installing it, just to make sure I tried downloading causality again together with other games (both on pc and mobile) and it worked out well somehow. Probably it was my modem canceling the download or something like that. Mod is working perfectly it's really good.
