please don't pester creators in the replies, for one you don't know what they are going through.
I have no context of the game your speaking of, but because your reply was in my notifications I'm, replying.
I know from experience its hard to say "its over/done" You never want to say its done when you know its unfinished, but comments like these don't spark inspiration in the creator they make the project more daunting and difficult to go back to! People have their own struggles in life and try to make it through each day, if you enjoyed something someone made tell them that, but asking them to continue it in this way can be the nail in the coffin for a project, it can turn motivation to work into a daunting task and too much hassle to continue.
Again I have zero context for anything, but because this reply was in my notifs I responded with my 2 cents on the matter. Folks have lives and issues of their own and poking them like this may do more harm than good.
it's fine, I know I've said things to creators I loved that I regret saying. All I will ever ask for anyone is to enjoy what folks make, and be understanding of one another's time, motivation and struggles.
I don't blame you specifically, it was the action more than the actor. it's also a case of myself wishing I had someone tell me what I said earlier on rather than having to learn it from experience over time. ^-^
We can only ever try to improve and learn from the dumb stuff we do, and I know I myself need to learn alot.
