Kimiko seems to be bugged, because I can't unlock her cgs and scenes,although I already completed the "Crumbly Fort" quest..

And the download file seems to be somehow corrupted because I always get that "not allowed" notification after the download crashes on Android

Maybe you already received the quest "Crime Fighting" or "Organization" from her, 
and you need to advance that quest to get her next event step?
