Unfortunately, I'm not sure. You can check your itch settings to see if there's one for showing adult game updates? That's the only thing that I would expect to be causing this. Let me know if you find out why!
I haven't found an option to disable adult content from the feed, and I do get other adult games' updates. Does such setting exist?
