That sounds are exactle of Bfxr program. I know very good becouse I use that program too :)

That's a great program and it does make sounds that are super similar to these. I made these sounds using VCV Rack. I set up a modular synth that can make classic arcade sounds. If you like Bfxr but you want some more control in sound design, you may like VCV Rack. I use it to make a lot of more complex sounds like the ones in my Horror pack too. :) The available effects are great.
