Hi, I’m glad to hear that you like the game! I hope it ends up being a fun time.

There have been plans for further development for looonnnnng time but, frankly, life just hasn’t me allowed to actually work on these meaningfully. In short, I hope so, but the project has been at a standstill for years now and I don’t know when that will change.

About your question: Foes pay the same amount in Tick costs for actions as all other models (Action Costs). So, if they Attack, they pay 3, to Move, they would pay 2 and so on. This means that Foes could technically use all the Actions that Cazadores do but, in practice, the Decision Trees bind them to Attack and Move (Foe Actions). In the future, some Adversaries may use other actions so there’s technically room for that in the rules.

A couple things to keep in mind:

  • The first Move Action is free for Foes, just like other Models, so likely they will only be paying a Tick cost for a second Move or an Attack.

  • The Foes can trade their first Move for Recover and will always do so if needed. This is still “free”, so they don’t pay Tick cost for that, they would pay for their second action.

  • The Constant Emperor’s Praetorians’s special rule means that they have a personal joint clock, so make sure you advance Tick costs based on the Action any of them took with the highest cost. In reality, there is not much tracking here since it usually means that if any of them Attacked, then the Clock just goes forward 3 Ticks.

Hope that helps!

Thanks for the exhaustive and prompt reply!
