I liked the idea of being able to switch places during combat could be a really interesting gameplay mechanic. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to fully test your game, as I couldn’t figure out how to kill the trainer enemy for the life of me. I tried ramming into it, swapping with it, hitting it with my sparks, and I tested every key I could think of for a shoot button.

Is there a shoot or combat mechanic missing from the controls listed on the game page?

From what I could test, it seems like a chunk of the playing field is outside the camera’s FOV. I also got stuck on the wall once and had to refresh the browser. Additionally, the swap transition felt a bit abrupt, maybe a smoother transition would help. That said, I really liked the spark animation when you're up against the wall.

Good work overall! I’ll definitely give the game another go if you can let me know how to defeat enemies.

Thanks for playing my game. Basically to defeat the trainer enemy, you stand still, wait for it to fire a projectile at you, then swap before the buller hits you using SPACEBAR. This makes the enemy take a hit from his own bullet. Do this 5 times to kill the trainer enemy and start the game.

To kill the trainer enemy you just stand still and when the bullet is fired you boogie woogie and stand still. do this five times and you are set
