Wow, 90 minutes is fast! I think most folks took 2-6 hours.
For anyone who prefers an image format, there are free pdf to png converters online which should work fine. (I also labeled one file as "for printing", for those who prefer paper.) But also, I used pdf format over png/jpeg because erasing is required and some players might not think to use a separate layer for their answers.
