A fun asteroids-ish bullet hell! I enjoyed the meta-narrative, and everything felt clean and responsive. I avoided killing the Heart enemy for a long time because it asked me not to, it wasn't until I accidentally killed it that I realised that moved the story along :)
I got a score of about 1600 before I started getting bored, so I think some further escalation of difficulty would be needed - perhaps multiples of the 'boss' enemies on screen at once?
