I’ve spotted an issue in the latest versions where players with non-SSD drives or weaker PCs struggle with the initial game load, since everything loads at once on the home screen. Unfortunately, there’s no fix for this other than creating a separate “Part 2,” which is exactly what I’m working on for Chapter 2. I'm sorry about that. 🙁

Yeah, so it is a hardware issue on my part, fair enough. Would this mean that if I left it to load for a while it'd get smoother? That it's just the initial load I have to be patient for?

If not, I look forward to the Part 2 fix you talk about. Hope it's not too much extra work for you.

You can start the game then let it load, it can take some time, even 1 hour, after it loads it runs good
