I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible to add different enemies with different life and damage values?

2. Is it possible to add additional scenes, so that there are different settings?

3. If I change the name of the ghost object, does anything happen?

For sure! You can simply copy and paste the ghosts events (if you want to keep the ghosts), or just replace the ghost object with your new enemy object, and for damage value, it's as easy as changing a number for the enemy health !
Sure! Simply copy and paste the existing Game scene, then change whatever you want in it, and in main menu scene you can determine to which scene the player should go.
Nothing will happen, gdevelop have a smart system, if you change the Ghost object (or any object) name in the editor, everything in the events that is using that name, will auto get updated to the new name!
