This is of course the author's decision but I kinda wish they created one medium sized yuri (10-20 hours or something) instead of dozens 1-2 hours games

The problem with that is that, unless you make a game so good that everyone loves it and you manage to build a huge player community that keeps funding the game's development through your Patreon, or unless you release paid updates during early access and keep getting continuous sales, you’d end up with a game that takes you months or even years to develop without seeing any real compensation. If you have a day job, you wouldn't be able to dedicate much time to the game. And if you focus exclusively on developing that game, how would you cover household expenses? That’s why, at least for me, I can’t dedicate all my time to developing a huge yuri game. A short yuri game, about 1–2 hours long, can be finished quickly, released for sale, and bring in some income from sales while you work on the next one. That’s really the ideal scenario if you’re not swimming in money.

That said, I do have games that last many hours. Love’s Heart, Hentai no Sekai, even Lesbian Island offers plenty of playtime. I also have Yuri Project, which is meant to be what you’re talking about—a long-form yuri game. But as I’ve already explained, that’s where my problem lies. Do you have any questions about any of my games, or would you like a recommendation?

Then lets talk about Lesbian Island, Love’s Heart and Yuri Project. Which ones are finished? Or maybe not finished finished, but let's say they have 1 complete route and other in progress or something like that.

Neither of those games is complete. Yuri Project is just a very brief prototype. Love's Heart and Lesbian Island have many hours of content and plenty of sex scenes, but no complete route with a main character.
