yea i dont think it fits the theme of anti-capitalism i guess from some perspective maybe but i dont know
like sure it fits the theme of activism
but i dont it fits the theme of anti-capitalism
like yea i know thats a really not specific theme
as anti-capitalism can mean a lot of things
from braindead tax the rich to not all capitalism is bad => pretty hard theme to well create something under
but you know from my perspective this more fits under the activism theme than under the anti-capitalism theme
imma expand on both of my examples as for example ive indirectly in my project used the not all capitalism is bad theme not well but still
as well realistically some random guy opening a shop is not on the same level of xbox forcing developers to use their api (xbox live) to indirectly use as a middle man to enforce their paid service to make more money on their monthly subscription (user side) just for the devs to be able to access their servers
thats why old multiplayer games on the xbox 360 literally cant be played anymore as sure the servers may be up but the middle man it depends on is down as they choose to due to not wanting to support xbox 360 further
for personal reasons that only benefit them
(more specifically attempting to push out xbox series s and or x)
NOW i know this a very specific example but its a good example and it gets the point across as in my opinion most things as if they dont try or intend to harm / take advantage of the majority of the population dont need any activism and or backlash
i might be simple minded but i genuinly dont think that every other minor thing should be protested against activism as is showed in your guide is not exactly very well displayed i dont think we should always well strive for more at the expense of others sure we might not be living the best lives but i dont thing that well protesting in order to live a better life which will have an negative effect on an other invidual will help sure maybe temporarily but then what do we really want to repeat that cycle in that case i think were worse than the people potrait as evil
i know i am getting philosophical here and shit but thats truly my opinion i dont think activism should be over used if not truly needed sure we all are different have different opinions due to our own reasons but i belive that this as a general statment could aproximately align with everyones ideology to some extend.
