typically, you need a PC with an nvidia graphics card that has at least 12GB of Graphics memory (but 16gb is strongly recommended). Note this is graphics memory, not RAM.
Dang, unfortunately I currently only have 8. :< Maybe someday.
there are models you can run at only 8gb, but those are… unimpressive
