Is it possible that you're trying to download the old v1.0 files? You should be able to download the new v1.0.1 files from the main store page, right?

I'm trying with the v1.0.1 files, i've tried on PC and phone, and also the different versions for different devices. None of the downloads start, I've also tried with the alternate downloads option that itch.io offers and it doesn't work either.

Oh, that's really strange. Can you tell me what's happening? What are you clicking? Is it just not downloading the files at all? Is it giving you any pop-up warnings? Could you possibly take a screenshot, so I can check what it looks like for you?

I'm clicking on the download button and nothing pops up and the download doesn't start. It's strange because I've downloaded other games before the same way but this has never happened to me

Okay, that is very strange. Have you tried clicking the "Download not starting?" link in the bottom right?

I haven't experienced anything like this before, so it might be something with Itch's side. I can see from our analytics that the files *are* being downloaded by people, so it seems like it's specific to you, for some reason. Maybe try disabling any adblockers or anti-malware, since those can sometimes block popups? Other than that, I'm afraid the best I can do is suggest that you contact Itch support.

I've tried that option but I will contact or try other thinks, but thanks anyway, your games are awesome!
