Hi moderators, I hope this post finds you well. I, as a member of WoofWoofStudio,  write this post to request about the removal of the 'Potentially Suspicious Behaviour' tag on our video game, Coronet of the Sagacious Lord. (https://woofwoofstudio.itch.io/cosl) We want to make it possible to be indexed.

I promise I have read through the specific document before posting and I do believe that our video game should be indexed.

  • We have checked through all the step required for being indexed: available to public, a cover image uploaded and downloadable SFW video games. We tried to search our project by typing full name for many times, but we failed.
  • This is the first video game that we uploaded so we understand that it may take some time for authority to check through it, but our video game has been reviewed for more than 1 months and it is still in queue. We even wrote an email last month, with 'Ticket ID' 273186,  to provide materials proving the safety of our video game and ask for further details, but we have not received any responds so far.
  • As a Chinese video game production team, we have launched a special community. At AFDIAN (https://afdian.com/a/WoofWoofStudio), the biggest Chinese crowdfunding platform, we successfully raised 100,000+ RMB within one week after the release of the first chapter and we have raised nearly 150,000 RMB so far. At Bilibili (https://b23.tv/YUe7ebn), one of the biggest Chinese video-sharing platforms, our official account has attracted 4000+ followers, receiving 41,000 views.

We are delighted if moderators can check through the aforementioned problems, remove the tag and make our video game possible to be indexed. If there are more materials required to support our claims, please inform us and we are willing to provide them.

Finally, we would like to express our great appreciation for your assistance. We are looking forward to your response and we all wish you a good day.

Posting here won't help. Please read the rules of this category. They tell you what to do instead.

Sorry, but I did read the rules and I still have a question, as I mentioned in my original post. I think the rule mentions that, if one still has a problem after reading through the rule, they may post and write why their pages should be indexed.

I hope you may help me with this problem. If I misunderstand the rule, please forgive me and let me know. Thanks for your help!

Here's the copy of the rule:

  • Before you create a topic asking why you can't find your game in Search or Browse READ THIS: https://itch.io/docs/creators/getting-indexed. If you still need to create a topic about it, then please write in your post that you read the docs and you still have a question, otherwise we'll close your topic. Then, tell us why you believe your pages should be indexed.

My bad. I missed you posting your ticket number among all the verbiage. I'll let our admins know.
