Try throwing out Bot Part
The name of the person who can help you is "bigdaddyhurt"
Order anything from BigDaddyHurt's Shop
After your Order arrived, check your inventory for an item called "Magazine"
Use the "Magazine"
Go for a walk around 2 AM
After meeting BigDaddyHurt in person, you can now throw out Bot Part with no consequences.
