If I recall, you can extract the zip file and find the saves in there. They're all named like so: 1-1LT1.save, 1-2LT1.save... and so on. Throw them into Lust Harem/game/saves. If there is no 'saves' folder, then make one. Also, make sure to transfer the persistent file too.
