Are you able to see the posts on your pics? I played around with quite a few prompts
I got the wooden horse, pillory, ring gag, whip marks, nipple clamps, and snakes to work. Spiders kinda sorta worked. I couldn't get the spiders to crawl on her or come into the foreground much, but they were filling up the back ground. I was able to get the snakes to wrap around arms, legs, torso, and even burrow into pussy and ass, but couldn't get it to do snake in mouth.
I couldn't get contortionist to work, but it did generate some nice knees to chest / spread pics. I ran out of currency before I could try some other stuff.
Ring gag works better if you add a tongue visible prompt. Rear view prompt didn't work very well unless combined with rear descriptors like dripping pussy. I didn't try "looking back over the shoulder" as a prompt for rear view because most of the rear view I was trying to do was pillory where making the head visible didn't make sense. Having facial prompts like glowing eyes makes it want to do a forward facing picture as opposed to a rear pic so I had to remove that for the rear view pillory pics.
I did a bunch of these prompts on a couple of your tensor pics. I don't know how it works if you get notifications of posts on your pics on tensor or if you can open them and see them.
