oh also question i didn't really catch how the new "Does this look infected?" table is meant to be used, could you clarify?

For "Does this look infected": so you know how in the MB rules you take d6 damage/ day when you're infected? If you die from that, I use this table. It's a more specialized Toxic table, basically (a PC died of infection in my game, and we had just used the Toxic table, so I made this new one for him).
