Hmm, I'm going to presume that by steam and power you mean, steam valves across the lava in the north and power circuits in the south of the map. If you have done both, I'd advise checking on these two sections: I'll mark them on your map

If the laser on the right has been disabled, you can head through to the right of the map and head in northern corner to the next section.
