I think it happens when moving to Jack 2 to Jack 1 but ghost can never enter Jack Hall 2. Yes, during my testing the ghost did stuck when trying to go to Momoe 2 from Momoe 1 door.
I will just increase collider size of all door ensuring this won't happen. In the meantime if you think you face that issue try finding ghost's spot with flower lamp or thermometer so I will know exact spot causing this issue.
