I have a few more suggestions:
- Run the game as Administrator.
- Switch to windowed/fullscreen mode in options and see if it persists.
- If neither of those work then perhaps it could be the antivirus or firewall preventing the game from performing certain actions,
If those don't work the I could check out to see if your hardware is a problem.

Just the first 12 or so lines are all I need (make sure to check and remove anything you don't want to be shown). I don't know if I'll be able to find anything useful but that's all I can think of.
