The link is to a different project of mine, but I put the same link on all my game pages cos, unfortunately, it seems like opening on Mac is a pain in the butt :( haha.
I don't own a Mac myself, so can't test anything >.< The guide is made up of info from folks with Macs who managed to get stuff working x3
The most common solution appears to be to always download itch games through the itch launcher and launch through that.
I think it's like a Mac security issue thing. The system tries to protect against unsigned software, but most indie games aren't signed or something. It's all too confusing for me to understand, haha.

No worries! That sucks though that nothing worked :( From the feedback I've had in the past, it seemed like most people said the method of downloading stuff and launching it through itch.io's own launcher seemed to do the trick if nothing else did.
I hope you at least have better luck with the Windows version! Sorry I wasn't able to be of more help :( Really appreciate your interest in the game though :3
