The error has nothing to do with tags. I've sometimes encountered the error when trying to load the forum or simply opening games.
The error is a side effect of the measures Itch has had to take due to the multiple DDoS attacks it has suffered.

Ahh, I see. I had assumed it had to do with the tags because when I tried to figure out where things were going wrong I could load try the three tags individually, and in pairs, but once I added the third it would do that. It seems like that specific error is not occurring for me currently though.
Why would anyone even DDoS itch.io? I don't see the logic.
